Solar Assessment
A non-invasive review of the home's solar system by a Sprk-certified inspector, with a Sprk Solar Inspection Certificate delivered within 24 hours.

A Solar Assessment is an independent, non-invasive review of a home's solar system, performed by a Sprk-certified inspector. It covers the panels, mounts, inverter and storage, plus the questions that come with a solar home: the system's estimated production, its remaining life, and ownership indicators, whether it looks to be owned, financed, leased, or on a power purchase agreement (PPA).
You receive a Sprk Solar Inspection Certificate within 24 hours.

Juan de la Cruz is Sprk Solar certified, alongside his Certified Master Inspector designation.

Why Independence Matters
I never install, repair, or sell solar. There is nothing for me to sell you after the assessment, so you get an objective look at the system, not a sales visit.
My job is the same as on every Buy Wise inspection: tell you plainly what I see, so you can decide with facts.
Who It's For
Buying a home with solar? Know the condition of the system, its estimated production and remaining life, and ownership indicators (owned, financed, leased, or PPA) before you commit.
Selling a home with solar? An independent assessment gives you clear, documented information about the system to share with buyers.
Representing a solar home? Ownership type and lease transfers can slow escrow. An independent assessment helps everyone understand the system early.
Working with buyers or sellers on a solar home? See how Buy Wise works with agents.
Add it to the Essential Home, Wise Choice, or Total Confidence Inspection, or book it as a standalone service. Travel fees apply outside the standard service area. You'll see the price before scheduling.
